ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT (Full Time): answering phone; managing inventory, coordinating vendors, mailing lists, managing schedules and client information in our software system, collating marketing materials and filling in occasionally as a team member on jobs. TEAM MEMBERS (20-30 hours per week): provides direct client support in sorting, organizing, packing, and unpacking services as part of our Team. This is a part-time, flexible position.
