Frequently asked questions about home staging

Do you stage homes for sellers, for realtors, or for both?

Both. We work directly with sellers preparing a home for market, and with realtors who refer their listings. The scope is the same. The only difference is who’s hiring us.

Do I have to use ChangingSpaces for the move too?

No. Plenty of our staging clients already have their move arrangements set, or are realtors who only need the listing prepared. If you do want one team for both, ChangingSpaces can help.

Do you only stage homes for seniors?

No. While we do offer a specific service for senior move management, staging is for any seller who wants the home to show better for the listing photo and the showing.

Will you help with repairs and contractors before staging?

Yes. We coordinate handymen, painters, and any other contractors for the repairs a home needs before the listing goes up.

What happens to the items you remove during staging?

We sort and pack them. Some go to storage. Some go to donation. Some go into the move when the same client is moving with us.

What does a staging engagement cost?

We quote every engagement after a walk-through of the home and the quote will be tailored to you and your goals.
